 The 2008 Summer Olympics are coming to China! The games will be played from August 8, 2008, to August 24, 2008. The opening ceremonies will commence at 08:08pm and 08 seconds at the Beijing National Stadium, with the closing ceremony taking place in the same arena. Events will take place throughout the country. Hong Kong will be hosting the Equestrian events, while other events such as soccer, sailing, and the new 10km swimming marathon will be held in other cities throughout the country.
